Vladimir Putin has said Russia has a sufficient amount of the Oreshnik missiles and therefore Moscow will no longer consider the use of nuclear weapons.

Addressing a meeting of the Council on Civil Society and Human Rights the “cutting edge” weapons eliminates the use of nuclear weapons.

Putin said the Oreshnik missiles temperature of the damaging elements reaches 4,000C degrees and can turn cities “into dust.”

The botoxed little hamster said, “We are improving our nuclear doctrine, not tightening it. Basically, now, we need to improve the Oreshnik missile, not the nuclear doctrine.

“If we take a closer look, a sufficient amount of these cutting-edge weapon systems will actually eliminate the need for the use of nuclear weapons.”

The dictator claimed that Russia acts with restraint and caution in all areas, TASS reported, “However, the government shows its will where it is necessary, as well as the country’s people who live here, who want their children to live here, who see Russia as their motherland and are ready to do everything to make it stronger.”

Late last month the Russian despot said, Oreshnik missiles will turn areas of Ukraine in “to dust” and the blasts are “comparable to nuclear weapons.”

He said the destruction of the blast will be devastating and said “of course, there are no equivalents in the world.”

Putin added, “This is 10 Mach. This is about three kilometres per second. The temperature of the damaging elements reaches 4,000C degrees…. On the surface of the sun, the temperature is 5,500-6,000 degrees.

“Therefore, everything that is located in the epicentre of the explosion is divided into fractions, into elementary particles, turn, in fact, into dust.

“The missile is striking even highly protected and located at great depths of objects…. The power of this blow will be comparable with the use of nuclear weapons, although the weapons of mass destruction of the Oreshnik are of course not nuclear.”

He warned, “In stock today we have several ready-made products of this kind. And, of course, the continuing blows on the territory of Russia of large-range missiles of Western production, as already mentioned, we will answer, including a possible continuation of the test of Oreshnik in combat conditions, as was done on November 21.”
