Ukraine strikes plant that produces solid propellent for ballistic missiles inside Russia

Ukrainian forces have carried out a strike at a plant which produces a solid propellent for ballistic missiles inside Russia’s Rostov Oblast.

Ukraine‘s Center for Strategic Communications (Stratcom) reported on Boxing Day that the Kamensk-Shakhtynsky was hit using long-range Ukrainian drones which hit the plant.

The missiles which are used to attack energy infrastructure, residential buildings, hospitals and Ukrainian forces was attacked on Thursday, the Kyiv Independent reported.

“This strike is part of a comprehensive campaign to weaken the capabilities of the Russian armed forces to carry out terrorist attacks against Ukrainian civilians,” Stratcom said.

On Christmas Day the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has launched long-range drone to attack an ammunition depot inside Russia.

The Kadamovsky military training ground, Rostov Oblast, Russia was attacked in recent days an SBU source told the Kyiv Independent.

“It was used by the enemy to supply its troops in the Kramatorsk sector (Donetsk Oblast),” the source said on Christmas Day.

“Now the Russians have significant logistical difficulties, which significantly affect their ability to conduct combat operations.”

On Christmas Day Ukraine also attacked a Russian naval infantry brigade command post in the Kursk region.

They said in a statement on Wednesday, “This fire strike is part of a comprehensive campaign to weaken the ability of the Russian Armed Forces to coordinate military operations against the people of Ukraine.”
